Revloq Publisher Policy
At Revloq, we are committed to providing high-quality video advertising solutions to our clients while also maintaining a safe and respectful online environment for all users. To ensure that we achieve this goal, we have established the following publisher policies:
-
Ad Placement: We expect our publishers to place our video player code only as described in the Revloq implementation guide. Publishers are prohibited from placing ads in a way that interferes with the content of the page or that makes it difficult for users to navigate the site and video content. Examples of violations of this policy include placing video ads in the footer of the site which prevents Revloq code from transition to sticky position.
-
Content: Publishers must ensure that their websites are free of content that is illegal, deceptive, or offensive. This includes content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination, as well as any content that is pornographic or sexually explicit.
-
User Privacy: We take user privacy very seriously, and we expect our publishers to do the same. Publishers must comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations, and must obtain user consent before collecting any personal data.
-
Fraud Prevention: We have a zero-tolerance policy for fraud and invalid traffic. Publishers are not permitted to engage in any activity that artificially inflates ad impressions, clicks, or conversions. This includes but is not limited to bot traffic, click farms, and incentivized clicks.
-
Intellectual Property: Publishers must respect the intellectual property rights of others. This includes copyright, trademark, and patent rights. Publishers are prohibited from using content or trademarks that they do not have the right to use. Examples of violations of this policy include using copyrighted material or trademarks without permission or claiming ownership of content that belongs to others.
-
Compliance: Publishers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those related to online advertising, privacy, and data protection.
-
Reporting: Publishers must promptly report any suspected violations of our publisher policies, including any suspicious or fraudulent activity.
We take violations of our publisher policies very seriously and will take appropriate action, up to and including termination of our partnership, if we find that a publisher has violated our policies.
